Our Policies

By making a reservation, you signify full knowledge and unreserved acceptance of our following booking/cancellation policies.

Reservation Policy

For a complete confirmation of a reservation must be paid in advance, to our bank account or by credit card at our online booking system, the total cost of the reservation.
The payment should be settled no later than two (2) days before the date of arrival, also by bank transfer or by credit card at our online booking system.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation at any time you wish.
Cancellations must be in written form and sent to us via fax or e-mail at Cancellations are valid if you receive a reply from us. If you do not get a response, please contact us by phone and ask to send you a written cancellation of the booking via email or fax.

  • If cancelled 30 days or more before the date of arrival, deposit is refunded 100%, minus the bank commission.
  • If cancelled up to 10 days before arrival date, 30% of the reservation cost is refunded.
  • If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival date, 100% of the reservation cost is charged (no refund).

Losses & Forgotten Items

In cases of loss of items carried by visitors, or persons for which they are responsible themselves the company is exempt from any liability. In case you forgot something in our cars please contact us asap in order to help you retrieve if possible.
